As a professional weight loss coach, I find that most people simply don't know what works and what doesn't—largely because of the constant barrage of hype and misinformation we get from the media. That's why a tragic 96% of all weight loss efforts end in failure. To help turn the tide, I decided to "go public" with my "Top 12" insider success secrets:

  1. Eat "1-ingredient" foods. Salads are fine because they are just a bunch of whole, uncooked vegetables in the same bowl. Just go easy on the dressing! (And leave out the meats.)
  2. Get ALL of yourself involved, body, mind, and spirit!
  3. Eat your food as minimally processed as possible—as close to natural as you can.
  4. Get you life into balance. Being out of balance does bad things for your car tires--and much worse things to your life! So get your life in balance, and not just between body, mind, and spirit, but also work and play, activity and rest.
  5. You have to solve your weight problem at its root—or else it just keeps coming back!
  6. Find and reduce your sources of stress, because stress leads to "CE" - the dread "compensatory eating."
  7. Study the importance of proper food combining. You'll thank me one day!
  8. Don't drink with your meals, and be very careful what you drink. (Water is always the best choice.)
  9. Losing weight is ultimately about burning more energy than you consume. FACT - It's much simpler to eat less than to exercise more.
  10. Eat lots of the three special enzyme-rich foods--apple pineapple, and papaya. They not only aid digestion, but also taste great!
